Ten Cliché-verre Prints
each archivally printed on Extalure Kodak Paper

16" x 20" sheets
Copper Color Pencil on b/w Print
Available archivally boxed, the ten print portfolio attempts to provide a series of viewer centered experiences stimulated by the visual/verbal information contained within each print. Their meanings depend upon the personal understandings—the connotations—provided by the viewer.
Contact printed from hand-drawn "negatives" (pencil on matte acetate), each print has been uniquely enhanced with hand-applied copper colored pencil (the"bear hairs" as my daughter calls them). Each print has been printed and hand-worked in a limited edition of twenty-five available individually and as complete portfolios. However, the supply is limited and several prints were lost in the 2005 Kenwood flood. Complete portfolios have been collected by the Norton Simon Museum in Pasadena and the Center for Creative Photograhy in Tucson.
