Sublimation printing is an ink transfer process. The process can be used on several materials including ceramic tiles, aluminum, wood and cloth. For my work, one of my images was digitally printed on a special transfer paper and then, with heat and pressure, transfered to the coating on the surface of the ceramic tile.
